Shipping & Payment
We ship within Hong Kong only. Shipping times may vary depending on where you are based, so please be mindful that shipping may take up to 7 days. This does NOT include the processing time. All of our products are handmade and usually made to order, therefore processing time can take up to 7 working days.
Our delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
We are not responsible for:
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Lost or damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
Untracked Shipping
When you opt for untracked shipping, buyers agree to the risks of an un-trackable and uninsured package. Thank you for your understanding.

For orders over HKD250 we provide free untracked shipping.
For orders over HKD600 we provide free tracked shipping.
