Shipping policy
We ship within Hong Kong and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on where you are based, so please be mindful that shipping may take 3-7 days within Hong Kong and 7-14 days internationally. This does NOT include the processing time.
All of our products are handmade and usually made to order, therefore processing time can take up to 7 working days. If you need your products sooner, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can arrange a shorter processing time for you.
Our delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
We are not responsible for:
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Lost or damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
Untracked Shipping
When you opt for untracked shipping, buyers agree to the risks of an un-trackable and uninsured package. Thank you for your understanding.

For orders over HKD400 we provide free untracked shipping.
For orders over HKD600 we provide free tracked shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that all applicable taxes, customs or import duties at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid by the buyer in order for the package to clear custom.
